2. Avoid taking aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood-thinning medications for 24-48 hours before your treatment, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider.

3. If you have a history of cold sores, let your healthcare provider know, as neurotoxin injections can sometimes trigger an outbreak. Your healthcare provider may prescribe an antiviral medication to take before and after your treatment.

4. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, let your healthcare provider know, as neurotoxins are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

5. If you have any medical conditions or allergies, let your healthcare provider know before your treatment.

6. Arrive at your appointment with a clean face and no makeup. This will help your healthcare provider see the areas that need to be treated more clearly.

7. Let your healthcare provider know if you have any upcoming events or important dates, as they may recommend scheduling your treatment a few weeks in advance to allow time for any bruising or swelling to resolve.
